The Tornashean in Strathdon is the first of the self catering colleges that we would like to introduce you to. The property itself is located in a position which offers you views over the river don giving it a truly stunning setting, it is situated in sixty five acres of shared woodlands. It is an Edwardian lodge and is very spacious sleeping sixteen people.
The second of the self catering cottages that we have to offer is Seely Hillock and we guarantee that you will find this cottage delightful and will want to plan another stay here the next time you are in the area again this overlooks another stretch of the river don and is located in the charming village of Strathdon. Here you will find a local shop where you can buy most of the main things you will need for a holiday in the area.
The sleepy hillock self catering cottages in Scotland has three bedrooms sleeping six people comfortably. The property can be rented for short breaks or on a weekly tariff. We have linen for the beds and clean towels available waiting for you when you arrive here. If you have are bringing babies then we can have cots assembled before you arrive. There is a garden which is extremely private. If you fancy a drink with the locals then just visit the nearby pub. There is a television for those who dont want to miss their favourite programme.
Excellent walking can be found on the doorstep as well as trout and salmon fishing, bird watching, shooting, and golf in nearby Ballater. Shops and pubs in village. Ground floor: Lounge with wooden floor, kitchen with laminate floor, 3 bedrooms - 2 twin, one with linked beds, 1 bunk, bathroom with toilet & basin.
