We have two holiday cottages available for you to stay at here in Scotland and they are both located near the delightful village of Strathdon in Aberdeenshire on the River Don. The Tornashean cottage has seven double bedroom and a large kitchen cum dining room. There is a large living area, a billiards room and a snug which has television so you can relax making it perfect as a holiday cottage in Scotland.
The Tornashean holiday cottages in Scotland is built using pink granite and has its own private lane leading up to the front door you will feel true elegance and style the moment that you enter the property. There are perfectly tended gardens surrounding the property and to top it off there is a river running through the grounds. This means you are free to have a picnic next to the lake or perhaps set up your fishing equipment for the day and try catch yourself a few large fish.
As we may have mentioned before our holiday cottages in Scotland are located in Strathdon which is home to the lonach highlanders so you are perfectly placed for exploring an area that is rich in history and heritage you will also see some of the most exciting landscape Scotland has to offer. There are numerous castles dotted around the Aberdeenshire countryside with the most impressive which is from the fourteen hundreds which is the Craigevar which is a firm favourite with most visitors to the area.
